Ted Piercey

I was born and raised in Southeast Portland. I got an early start in construction, working with my father at a young age. I started working in commercial construction in 1989. 

I was pleased when I got a call after submitting my resume to Essex. I work as a Superintendent on the Special Projects Team. 

When I’m not working, I enjoy spending time with my family. My wife Cathy and I have six kids. The youngest was adopted out of foster care. We’re a baseball family through and through. One of my son’s was a star left-handed pitcher and now coaches. We’re also big Duck fans. We enjoy riding our RZR Side by Side on the dunes.
