For the internal SMS program, we collect an employee’s mobile phone number and
SMS opt‑in status.
Use of Information
Mobile phone numbers are used solely to deliver internal, work‑related SMS
communications such as operational updates, system alerts, and urgent employee
notices.
No Third‑Party Sharing
Mobile opt‑in data, including phone numbers, will not be shared, sold,
rented, or disclosed to third parties for marketing or any other purposes.
Data Security
We take reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect mobile opt‑in
data from unauthorized access or disclosure.
Opt‑Out and Data Removal
Employees may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP. Upon
opt‑out, their number will no longer be used for SMS communications.
