This project involved renovating an existing warehouse in Junction City for a new tenant. The scope of work included installing large walk-in coolers and freezer, adding seven loading dock bays, roof replacement and approx. 1,200 square feet of new office space complete with two restrooms and a kitchen. We worked closely with Agate Architecture to meet our client's needs.
