The FOOD For Lane County Headquarters Renovation consists of a partial renovation of the facility located at 770 Bailey Hill Road in Eugene. Scope included select demolition, the addition of a new cooler and cool room, custodial room and bathroom, a new volunteer room, updated conference rooms, enclosing the existing (open) loading dock, adding additional 2nd floor structure to create a new staff room and upgrades to lighting. The exterior was updated with paint, gutters, and downspouts with added parking spaces and a site security fence. The project was designed by Robertson Sherwood Architects
