Westgate was the first of its kind in the Pacific Northwest to meet LEED for Homes Multi-Family Mid-Rise Platinum Level and Earth Advantage standards. It uses an innovative combination of heat recovery ventilators and resistance heating to achieve 26% energy savings over current ASHRAE code.
