The Prefontaine was designed for maximum buildability on a narrow lot. It optimized open space by incorporating an entry plaza coupled with private decks and a shared rooftop deck for common open space. The building includes a green roof, and concrete planters surround the building allowing rainwater to travel through planters and cascade down steel waterfalls to treat stormwater on site. The building is energy efficient.
