Essex completed this project for the Salem Keizer School District's Central Kitchen Facility. It consisted of a tilt-up concrete addition, installation of a 30’ x 60’ x 17’ freezer box, interior remodel of office spaces, a new parking lot, replacing 16,000 square feet of roofing, upgrading HVAC units, and installing a new fire pump.
