Long-awaited Mixed-use Midtown is Coming to Life

Building plans and floor plans are one thing — and to the credit of The Midtown mixed-used project development team in Eugene, there are a lot of these plans, both for the builders and contractors working on its arts-focused commercial arm and for those working on its 40 luxury residential condominiums. Even for prospective buyers of said condos, a whole show room, one of its walls illuminated with the floor plan of each unit for sale, from studio to penthouse, is on display at Windermere Real Estate/Lane County just a few blocks from the building site.

However, the mixed-use building structure itself, on the corner of 16th and Pearl, is another thing. As those many plans transform into The Midtown’s destined reality, full of lofty creative spaces for local performing arts groups, and airy, view-rich living spaces for its future residents, all anyone seeing it for the first time, or for the 100th time, can feel is the truth of what’s been built from the ground up.

The Midtown is unlike anything else in Eugene. Click here to read all about it.
