This six story, 122,026 square foot building is located near the North Bank of the Willamette River in Eugene and close to both shopping and Autzen Stadium. It was designed by Dustrud Architecture and includes 110 market rate apartments ranging from studios to four-bedroom, two-bathroom units, over two levels of parking. The building features a second floor courtyard with a pool and hot tub and many other ammenities. This is our third project for this developer. Photos by Brian Davies.
