The structure is part metal building, part wood framed structure. The building is clad in metal siding with re-purposed wood. The wood framed portion of the structure has 3 stories of commercial and office space. The pre-engineered metal building portion of the structure has 2 stories and functions as a warehouse. This project includes many tenant infill build-outs in addition to the core and shell.

Hummingbird Wholesale's inspiration for building Mahonia comes from the support and interest in the community to heal our land, our waters, and our relationships. The building is designed around the concept of using business to do good and being in service to each other.
