Green Projects

Listed below are just a few of the projects that Essex General Construction has been involved with over the last several years. These include LEED ratings of Gold and Platinum:

• The Westgate Apartments located in Eugene, Oregon. This project was awarded the Platinum Certification.
• Cafe’ Yumm! located at 3rd and Morrison Avenue in Portland, Oregon. This project was the first to be rated LEED Gold for fast casual restaurant in the state of Oregon.

Current Projects pursuing the LEED certification are:
