Though Essex builds many buildings from the ground up, we also completely remodel floors or buildings and we do what is called a “tenant infill” in which a building owner hires us to remodel a lease space for a particular tenant. Often the tenant infills require us to refinish floors, kitchens and other spaces while the business keeps its doors open.
