Essex worked with Canby Utility and Mackenzie Inc. to construct a 20,978 square foot building to house a mechanical bay, metal shop, paint shop, warehouse and truck storage facility. The project included a new 17,420 square foot open structure containing truck bays for vehicle storage. We constructed an 8,000 square foot tenant infill in a third building to provide offices, break rooms, showers, storage, a training room, space for the electrical crew and an office for the Operations Manager. This is an active campus so safety and maintaining operations were critical.
