LTD Ridesource is a 10,147 square foot operations and maintenance facility for the Lane Transit District. This building features include exposed block masonry and structural steel elements, day lighting using clerestory glazing and reflective surfaces. Essex also built a 3,300 square foot shop with lift and specialized equipment for servicing buses.

Essex recently remodeled a 2,750 square foot space for the new Cafe’ Yumm! located in downtown Portland. We are proud to be a part of the first LEED Gold Rated fast casual restaurant in the state of Oregon!
