LTD RideSource
Eugene, Oregon

This project is a 10,147 sq. ft. operations and maintenance facility for the Lane Transit District.  Its features include exposed block masonry and structural steel elements and day lighting using clerestory glazing and reflective surfaces.  Also built was a 3,300 sq. ft. shop with lift and specialized equipment for serving buses.

The creative landscaping scheme has rock basins and a bio-swale designed to filter storm water run-off with plant materials.  Extensive use was made of select native vegetation.

Interior spaces use Marmoleum and other sustainable materials.
