AAA Headquarters This building, near the Gateway Mall, is a very striking 12,000 sq. ft. wood and steel-framed building with custom wood trusses, which were fabricated at the Essex shop: Offices, display, retail, kitchen and meeting facilities. There is additional space which remains for future tenant infill. Skylights in transoms provide exotic lighting. Curved elements repeat in fabricated steel sunshade and serpentine lighting track. Access floor for computer cabling. |
