Essex General Construction, Inc. Eugene, Oregon A 15,000 sq. ft. pre-engineered steel building which also contains space that's leased to tenants. The clerestory windows provide daylighting for the warehouse. We used an API exterior insulated panel system with a factory-applied stucco coating for the exterior walls. The interior was constructed using various construction methods (see the pictures below) so that we could show different techniques and assemblies to our clients. |
