An 18,000 sq. ft. existing building and an old railroad boxcar repair and service area was transformed into two shops, offices, locker room, lunchroom and dry room for city storm sewer workers.

The complex includes six pre-engineered steel buildings:  Park shed, paint shed, concrete shed, soil shed, fuel area and wash area.
