Essex has been working with Joe Karcher for some years now and when he wanted to build another Carl's Jr. in Albany, he naturally called Essex General Construction.

This was a fast-track project with severe logistical challenges.  The site was in an area for which construction would restrict access to other businesses.  We had to maintain a delicate balance between a very strict schedule and neighbor relations.

In the end, the project was completed on time and under budget!
