The Beanery Coffee Shop

Located in the Down to Earth building, downtown Eugene, The Beanery was remodeled on a cost-plus basis and was completed, under budget, in eight weeks.  The business was kept open the entire time, for four of those weeks with a temporary kitchen, while the new kitchen was being built.

Keeping the historic look was a priority, and care was taken to integrate the old with the new.  a new stage was added, bathrooms were revamped, the floor was sanded and anew epoxy finish was applied.
