Mike West, an Owner we have previously worked with successfully, asked Essex to do the "near impossible" and due to our skilled project manager, carpenters, subcontractors, organization and scheduling, we did it!

The entrance, lobby and seating areas were completely remodeled in a very short time, with two and three shifts operating nearly around the clock, to make the owner's desired opening date.
