After outgrowing a facility that Essex General Construction had built them several years ago, Fred Germyn had us remodel a space for his office.

This space was owner-designed, a tenant infill in a former carpet and tile store.  A large open area of about 3,200 sq. ft. was separated into individual office spaces, meeting rooms, a conference room and waiting area.

The green and yellow tile was selected by the owner to reflect his chosen business colors and presents a striking entry detail.
