University of Oregon Graduate Student Housing Eugene, Oregon This project consisted of two three-story buildings housing 72 studio and one-bedroom apartment units, a total of 40,000 square feet. The floors are all stained concrete. This wood frame and steel construction project was designed for aesthetics, durability and accessibility. The construction site was extremely tight, both in location, situated in the middle of an existing university neighborhood, and in time line, which Essex met. |
