Estates This project is comprised of 200+ 1,000-sq. ft. apartments in 40 buildings, built on monolithic concrete foundations. Construction is wood frame with vinyl siding and the units are "Super good Center" dwellings. The complex includes combination tennis/basketball courts, a recreation center/clubhouse, play areas and carports. The 5,000 ft. clubhouse has a workout room, meeting rooms and a play area. The tennis and basketball courts are located directly behind the clubhouse. |
