The owner wanted to create some memorable apartment buildings designed for student sharing, but not as cramped as quads.  He had 2fORM Architecture design Coho Apartments, unique 3 and 4-bedroom units with beautiful kitchens, wood floors, lots of windows and features like window seats and built-in shelving.

Essex is currently in the process of building another apartment complex in the same area for the same gentleman, Steelhead Apartments, that promise to be just as exceptional in form and execution.
