Brentwood Estates Essex will finish this four-phase project on 30th Street off Main, in Springfield, in April of 2007. This is a sizeable complex of 300 units. These are upscale 1,500 sq. ft. townhouses, each featuring granite countertops, oak trim fireplace, oak kitchen cabinets, garage, fenced yard, two full baths, and most units have an upper deck as well. The deluxe recreational center for the entire complex was completed in Phase I and includes weight and exercise rooms, kitchen and dining facilities.
