Health Tech Center Essex completely remodeled an entire floor of a health-related teaching building at Lane Community College. Health Tech was an 8,000 sq. ft. remodel for a new dental technician training facility comprising 18 chairs, four X-ray suites, an X-ray development room, a lab and a classroom. The project encompassed seismic reinforcement and extensive HVAC modifications, including a complete direct digital controls upgrade. Although the remodel was of the first floor, we had to start in the basement and then move outside to re-pour sidewalks and the entry area. This was a fast track job in a very confined staging area, while school was still in session. |
