Coburg Car Wash A 3,000 sq. ft. state-of-the-art car wash and offices, with extensive mechanical, electrical and control systems. Essex worked closely with the client's equipment vendors to make sure everything fit perfectly. Exterior is CMU with cultured stone façade and Drivit. Water reclaim pits were installed to recycle wash water. Extensive landscaping transitions between the wooded site behind and the busy street in front. |
