Making the construction process enjoyable, for the crew, the office staff, our subcontractors and our customers is a primary objective at Essex.

The management of Essex (at right) knows that when its employees are given good working conditions in an atmosphere of fun and family, productivity is greater, satisfaction is greater and staff turnover is a rare thing!

Taking non construction-related staff to different job sites on a regular basis gives them the education about construction to do their jobs better and promotes the "team work" concept we are so keen on.
