Any conflict between the estimated cost and the Owner's budget will be identified before the Owner has committed time and monies in design development. As the project progresses, Essex will continue to refine and update estimates to afford a constant and strict cost control. |

for Children, This project consisted of 6,200 sq. ft. of a wood frame building for a new dental and orthodontic clinic for children. Extensive interior wood work, with special care taken for day-lighting the interior, make this a special building.
